1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to your use of dienstennl.com, including public browsing, business listings, owner accounts, claim flows, subscriptions, dashboards, support reports, and any related service we provide through the website. The English version of these Terms is the controlling version. Any Dutch, Turkish, or other-language pages may summarize or reference these Terms for convenience.
Paid listings are offered only to businesses and professionals buying for business purposes. If you are acting mainly as a consumer or for private purposes, you must not buy a paid listing. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Definitions

- Owner: a business or professional, or its authorized representative, that claims, manages, pays for, or requests changes to a listing.
- Listing: a business profile, stub, or page on dienstennl.com.
- Subscription: a paid yearly Basis or Premium listing service.
- Paddle: the checkout, billing, tax, invoice, and customer-portal provider that acts as merchant of record for paid subscriptions.
3. Our service
dienstennl.com is an online directory for local service businesses in the Netherlands. Visitors can search by service category and municipality, view public profiles, and contact businesses directly where contact options are available.
We provide visibility and listing-management tools. We do not provide the services listed by businesses, do not employ or represent listed businesses, do not broker or guarantee assignments, and are not party to any quote, appointment, agreement, invoice, work, complaint, warranty, payment, or dispute between a Visitor and a listed business.
We do not collect, display, verify, or moderate customer reviews or ratings as part of the service.
4. Unclaimed listings and public research
Some listings are created from our own research using publicly available information found online or through other public business sources. Unclaimed listings are intentionally limited and generally show only the business name and municipality/city. An unclaimed listing does not mean that the business has approved the listing, partnered with us, endorsed us, or agreed to be shown on dienstennl.com.
A business that wants to correct, claim, or expand a listing must complete the applicable claim or verification process. A business that wants an unclaimed listing removed before claiming it must contact us and provide enough proof that the requester is entitled to act for that business. Claimed Owners can request removal or remove their listing through the available account or support process.
5. Owner accounts, claims, and verification
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when claiming or managing a listing. You confirm that you are authorized to act for the listed business and to submit, publish, edit, or remove its information.
We may verify claims using methods such as business-domain email verification, phone contact using publicly listed business contact details, KVK checks, VAT/BTW checks, email verification, phone verification, manual review, or other reasonable evidence.
If a listing carries a verified badge, that means we have completed selected verification checks such as contacting the business through an online-listed phone number and checking the KVK, VAT/BTW, email, or phone details available to us. A verified badge does not guarantee qualifications, licenses, insurance, availability, quality, prices, legal compliance, or the outcome of any work performed by the business.
After a listing is claimed and confirmed by the Owner, we may display verified business details such as KVK number, VAT/BTW ID, email, phone, website, address, opening hours, and other profile information. We do not display those verified details on unclaimed stubs.
6. Subscriptions, prices, and Paddle checkout
Paid listings are available as yearly subscriptions only. We do not offer a free self-serve plan or a monthly subscription. The current public plan amounts are Basis EUR 290 per year and Premium EUR 790 per year. The final checkout amount, applicable taxes, VAT handling, reverse-charge treatment where available, invoice details, and payment methods are handled dynamically by Paddle during checkout.
Paddle acts as merchant of record for paid subscriptions. Paddle processes checkout, payment, tax calculation and remittance, invoices, customer-portal access, payment-method updates, renewals, cancellations, and related payment events. Paddle's buyer terms and checkout terms also apply to payment, tax, invoicing, cancellation, and refund handling.
Subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled. You can cancel through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal, but the current subscription period remains active until its scheduled end unless Paddle or mandatory law requires a different result.
7. Plan features, failed payments, and changes
Basis and Premium features are described on our pricing and checkout pages. Premium may receive priority placement, a verified badge, expanded media/profile limits, service-area expansion, and additional contact options compared with Basis. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, provided we do not materially reduce a paid plan during an already-paid period without a valid reason or suitable remedy.
If a renewal payment fails, paid public features may remain available during a 21-day grace period while payment recovery is attempted. If payment is not recovered, the listing may fall back to a limited public stub and Premium/Basis-only public features may be hidden or disabled. Stored content is not automatically deleted only because a plan is downgraded, cancelled, or unpaid, but it may no longer be publicly visible.
Downgrades, cancellations, pauses, chargebacks, disputes, billing-risk signals, or payment provider events may affect public visibility, account access, and plan entitlements. We may take temporary action to prevent abuse, fraud, or payment loss while a billing issue is reviewed.
8. No voluntary refunds and no B2B withdrawal right
Paid listings are business-to-business purchases. We do not offer voluntary refunds, prorated refunds, cancellation refunds, downgrade refunds, or a contractual cooling-off period. Because paid listings are sold only for business purposes, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to ordinary B2B purchases.
This does not limit mandatory legal rights, payment-scheme rules, chargeback rules, fraud or error correction, tax corrections, Paddle's merchant-of-record decisions, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. If claim verification fails or is rejected, the paid entitlement is normally converted into reusable credit for another claim attempt or new listing rather than a cash refund, unless mandatory law or Paddle requires a refund.
9. Ranking and search visibility
Search results and listing order may be influenced by relevance to the search query, category, municipality, subscription tier, Premium priority, and profile completeness. Premium is a paid ranking and visibility factor. We do not guarantee any specific position, amount of traffic, contacts, leads, sales, revenue, or search-engine ranking.
10. Leads, callback requests, and direct contact
Where we provide lead forms, callback requests, WhatsApp links, phone links, website links, contact reveal, or similar contact tools, we only enable or forward contact between Visitors and listed businesses. We are not responsible for whether a business replies, whether a Visitor proceeds, the content of any quote or agreement, the work performed, payment between the parties, complaints about the work, or any outcome after contact.
11. Owner content and license
Owners are responsible for all information, text, photos, logos, links, service areas, opening hours, contact details, and other content they submit or approve. You confirm that your content is accurate, lawful, not misleading, and that you have all rights and permissions needed to let us use it.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant WinkOffice a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, resize, adapt for technical display, publish, translate, index, cache, and show that content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve dienstennl.com and related listing pages.
12. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not submit content or use the service in a way that:
- is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory;
- misrepresents identity, authorization, KVK/VAT details, qualifications, or services;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, portrait, database, or other rights;
- contains spam, malware, scraping, automated abuse, hidden code, or SEO stuffing;
- uses photos or logos you do not have permission to use;
- adds unsupported reviews, ratings, fake testimonials, or review-like claims;
- places contact overlays, promotional watermarks, or misleading claims in photos;
- tries to bypass plan limits, contact-reveal controls, verification, or moderation;
- interferes with the security, availability, or proper operation of the website.
13. Moderation, reports, and appeals
We may review, reject, edit, hide, demote, disable, suspend, remove, or refuse content, listings, accounts, claim attempts, or contact tools where we reasonably believe this is needed for legal compliance, safety, accuracy, verification, payment risk, abuse prevention, intellectual property rights, privacy, platform integrity, or these Terms.
Anyone may report a listing or content issue by contacting support@dienstennl.com with the listing URL, the reason for the report, and any relevant evidence. Reports may include wrong business data, unauthorized listings, impersonation, fraud, copyright/photo complaints, privacy concerns, and legal removal requests.
Where legally required or reasonably practical, we will provide the affected Owner with a reason for moderation action and an opportunity to respond. You can appeal a moderation, removal, suspension, or rejection decision by emailing support with the relevant listing, account, decision, and supporting evidence. We may act immediately without prior notice when required by law, needed to prevent harm, or needed to protect the service or other users.
14. Data access and analytics
Owners can access their own listing data, submitted content, subscription status, and the analytics made available for their plan. We do not provide access to other businesses' private data, raw ranking algorithms, security signals, internal moderation data, or data that we cannot disclose for legal, privacy, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Analytics are estimates based on available events and technical limits. They are not a guarantee of leads, sales, or renewals.
15. Availability, changes, and suspension
We aim to keep dienstennl.com available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, incidents, hosting issues, security measures, third-party outages, Paddle events, or force majeure may interrupt the service.
We may update the website, plans, features, pricing for future renewal periods, or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated or made available in a reasonable way before they take effect, except where immediate changes are needed for legal, security, fraud, payment, or operational reasons. If you do not accept a material change, your remedy is to cancel future renewals before the change applies.
16. Intellectual property
WinkOffice and its licensors own the website, software, design, brand elements, databases, copy, layouts, and other materials that are not Owner content. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell, reverse engineer, or reuse substantial parts of the service except as allowed by mandatory law or with our written permission.
17. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy and related cookie information. Business contact details can sometimes include personal data, especially for sole traders or small businesses. We therefore keep unclaimed stubs limited and handle correction, claim, and removal requests through verification or support.
18. Liability and indemnity
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We are not liable for business outcomes, search-engine ranking, loss of traffic, loss of leads, loss of revenue, indirect loss, reputational damage, decisions made using listing information, or disputes between Visitors and listed businesses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a paid listing is limited to the amount paid for the affected subscription in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including intent or deliberate recklessness by WinkOffice management.
Owners indemnify WinkOffice against third-party claims, losses, costs, and damages arising from their content, business information, customer interactions, services, unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, or lack of authority to manage a listing.
19. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including hosting failures, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, payment-provider incidents, government action, legal restrictions, power failures, strikes, natural events, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Unless mandatory law requires another court, disputes relating to these Terms, the website, listings, or subscriptions will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
